The Prescription Shoppe opened its doors on March 6th, 2019, and has been serving the Greater Williamsburg community ever since. Dr. Henry Ranger, the owner and pharmacist-in-charge, worked for major retail pharmacy companies for almost the first 10 years of his career before deciding to open his own pharmacy.
Bringing his vision to life required time, dedication, and hard work. Henry recognized that he could offer more patient-centered care in his own pharmacy, rather than working for a large corporation where he had little influence over patient care practices.
His passion for pharmacy has driven his success, but his greatest professional achievement is opening The Prescription Shoppe with his wife. Together, with their dedicated team of staff, friends, and family who share their vision, they have created a pharmacy that truly exemplifies what patient care should be.
