Henry Ranger, PharmD. is a passionate community pharmacist and operations leader committed to delivering exceptional patient care. A proud native of Beaufort, South Carolina—just outside Hilton Head—he graduated with honors from Hampton University School of Pharmacy in May 2011.

Henry is the Founder and Director of Pharmacy Operations at The Prescription Shoppe, where he oversees the day-to-day functions of both the full-service pharmacy and the compounding and long-term care facility. Known for his hands-on leadership and unwavering dedication, he’s built a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure that each patient receives personalized, high-quality care.

From the very beginning of his career, Henry has remained deeply involved in the community, guided by his personal motto: “Every pharmacy carries medications, but what truly sets them apart is the quality of patient care they provide.”

His work reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence, patient advocacy, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for staff and patients alike. Outside of pharmacy, Henry enjoys spending quality time with his family, mentoring the next generation of pharmacists, and staying grounded in his Lowcountry roots.

Jade L. Ranger, PharmD. is a dedicated pharmacist, community advocate, and entrepreneur with a passion for accessible, patient-centered care. A proud native of Bowie, Maryland, she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Hampton University School of Pharmacy in 2012.

As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Pharmacy and Community Engagement at The Prescription Shoppe, Dr. Ranger plays a key leadership role in managing operations, delivering high-quality pharmacy services, and leading the pharmacy’s outreach initiatives. Together with her husband, she has made a lasting impact on the Greater Williamsburg area by fostering strong relationships, championing wellness, and creating a trusted space for healthcare and education.

Recognized as a leader among her peers, Dr. Ranger is widely known for her advocacy on social justice issues and her unwavering support of small businesses. Her work reflects a deep commitment to health equity and empowering the communities she serves.”

Outside of pharmacy, she is a devoted wife and mother, published author, and mentor who believes in the power of purpose, perseverance, and community.

Dr. Cassandra Jones

Cassandra Jones, PharmD., MS is a skilled pharmacist dedicated to enhancing patient care and optimizing medication outcomes. She currently serves as the Lead Operational Pharmacy Specialist and Clinical Consultant Pharmacist at TPS Compounding and Long-Term Care Pharmacy, where she focuses on personalized pharmaceutical care that improves quality of life.

Cassandra earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Hampton University and a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore. She is licensed in multiple states and brings almost a decade of professional experience, beginning her pharmacy journey as a pharmacy technician. This foundation gives her a comprehensive view of pharmacy operations and patient needs. Her primary focus is reducing medication-related risks in long-term care settings, with a strong commitment to serving older adult populations through safe and compassionate care.

Outside of her professional work, Cassandra enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, always striving for balance and meaningful connection in both her personal and professional life.

Dr. Rodney L. Jones

Rodney L. Jones Jr., PharmD. serves as the Community Care Pharmacist at The Prescription Shoppe, where he brings over 20 years of experience in community pharmacy to the patients he serves. A proud graduate of Hampton University School of Pharmacy, he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007.

Dr. Jones is certified in Medication Therapy Management and is passionate about delivering personalized, patient-centered care. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, he has deep roots in the Hampton Roads area and currently resides in New Kent County.

Outside of his professional life, Rodney is a devoted husband and the proud father of two amazing children. He is known for his warm demeanor, clinical expertise, and unwavering dedication to the health and well-being of his community.
